Meetings

Regular Board meetings will be held on the second Thursday of each month at the designated location and time. Special meetings may be called by the President or, in their absence, the Vice President. Notice of special meetings must be given at least 24 hours in advance. All board meetings are open to the public, and attendance is encouraged. All agenda items must be submitted to the President by the President by the Friday before all meetings to discuss an issue at the General Board Meeting. Any item not submitted may be tabled until the following meeting.
